By placing an order with Casamobilia, you agree to the following terms. We have written them in plain language because nobody enjoys deciphering legal jargon.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase. If you do not, you have 5 calendar days from the delivery date to initiate a return.

To start a return, Contact Us with your order number and reason for return. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. You are also responsible for return shipping costs to our warehouse. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost in transit.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 to 7 business days, minus the restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non refundable.

Non Returnable Items

Final sale items, custom orders, and pieces showing signs of use or damage cannot be returned.

Delivery & Damage

Inspect your order upon arrival. If you notice shipping damage, refuse delivery and contact us immediately so we can resolve it. Damage claims made after delivery acceptance are handled on a case by case basis.
